Delete your Dropline account and data

You can request deletion of your Dropline by Fish Audio account and associated data without installing or opening the app. Dropline is provided by Hanabi AI Inc. (Fish Audio).

1. Request account and data deletion

Email support@fish.audio from the email address linked to your Fish Audio account. Use the subject Dropline account and data deletion and tell us that you want to delete your Dropline account and associated data.

If you also want to close the shared Fish Audio account used by other Fish Audio products, say so in the same request. You can also use the Fish Audio account closure page. Closing that shared account alone may not remove data held separately by Dropline, so include the Dropline deletion request as well.

Do not send your password, sign-in codes or payment-card details. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting. If you no longer have access to the account email address, contact support from an address you can access and explain the issue.

2. What your request covers

Your request can cover Dropline's account-linked dictionary, preferences, saved context, cloud dictation history, notes and recordings, data retained for model training, and personal information held in analytics and attribution services. Tell us whether you want all associated Dropline data deleted or only particular items.

The mobile app also offers Delete Account in its account settings. That flow verifies the request, removes Dropline service data and signs you out. Follow the separate Fish Audio account closure link if you also want to close your shared Fish Audio account. If the in-app flow is unavailable, use the email request above.

Local history and settings on other devices are separate copies. Clear them on those devices or remove the app. Clearing a device's history does not by itself request deletion of cloud data.

3. Retention and exceptions

Cloud dictation history is normally limited to the latest 500 entries within 30 days. Data retained for optional model training may be kept for up to 24 months unless you withdraw that choice or request deletion sooner. These ordinary retention limits do not replace an account-deletion request.

We handle deletion requests within the period required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. Copies in backups and service-provider systems may take additional time to expire, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We cannot undo changes to models that have already been trained, and aggregated or de-identified information may be retained.

If you have a subscription, cancel it through the service where you purchased it to stop future renewal. Deleting app data does not itself cancel a subscription.

4. Delete data without closing your account

Email support@fish.audio from your account email address with the subject Dropline data deletion request and specify the data you want removed. You can keep your account. For data saved for model training, you can also withdraw the training choice where that setting is available, or ask support to do so.

For further details about the information we process and your rights, read the Dropline Privacy Policy.
